Do you work with buyers based abroad?
Yes. A large share of enquiries come from Ghanaians and investors overseas. We can arrange video walkthroughs, share full documentation ahead of a visit, and coordinate viewings around your travel.
How do I know a property's title is clean?
Ask us before you commit to anything. We will talk you through what has been checked on a given property and what searches remain, so you know exactly where a title stands before money moves.
Can I view a property before making any commitment?
Always. Viewings are private and arranged at a time that suits you, with an advisor present to answer questions on the spot.
Do you handle rentals as well as sales?
Yes. We place executives and diplomatic tenants in fully serviced homes on long lets, and we represent owners letting property out.
